We collect personal information in several ways, including:
- When you make a booking through our website or online booking system
- When you contact us by phone, email, or online form
- When you request a quote
- When you interact with our website

We do not send promotional marketing emails or SMS messages unless you request information from us.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We generally use or disclose your personal information only for the purpose for which it was collected or for related purposes that you would reasonably expect.
Your personal information may be disclosed to:
- Cleaning staff or subcontractor cleaners performing services
- IT service providers and booking platform providers
- Payment processors
- Administrative service providers
- Professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers
- Government or regulatory authorities where required by law
- Google Ads, when you allow advertising measurement, so a confirmed quote can be matched to an ad click using your email address and phone number
We take reasonable steps to ensure third parties handle your information securely and only for the intended purpose.
Online Booking System
Pristine Home & Commercial Cleaning uses an online booking system to manage service bookings.
When you submit a booking through our website, the information you provide may include:
- Name
- Contact details

This information is used solely for managing and delivering your cleaning service.
Overseas Disclosure of Personal Information
Some of our service providers, such as cloud storage or booking software providers, may store or process data outside Australia.
Where personal information is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers comply with privacy obligations similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you allow advertising measurement, Google may receive the email address and phone number from a confirmed quote and process them outside Australia to match that enquiry to a Google Ads click. Google Tag Manager hashes those two values before Google uses them for matching.
Storage and Security of Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.
Security measures include:
- Password-protected electronic systems
- Restricted staff access to personal information
- Secure storage of documents

If you believe the information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you may request that it be corrected.
We do not charge a fee for requesting access to your personal information, however a reasonable administrative fee may apply if copies of records are requested.

10.3 Email and Online Forms
If you contact us through our website forms or by email, we may collect personal information including:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service details
- Any information you voluntarily provide

Advertising Measurement
Quote requests are emailed to our team so we can respond. That email is separate from advertising measurement, and we do not keep quote submissions in a website database.
If you allow advertising measurement in Cookie settings, the confirmed quote event can include your email address and phone number for Google Ads enhanced conversions. We pass those values, unhashed, to Google Tag Manager on that one success event. The Google Ads tag hashes them before using them to measure whether the enquiry followed an ad click. We include a field only when it is valid, and we clear it after that event so a later event cannot reuse it.
We include those details only when your choice allows advertising measurement, including Google's ad_user_data setting. If you reject advertising measurement, we still email your quote to our team, and we do not add your email or phone number to the advertising event.
We do not put your name, email address, phone number, service address, notes, or photos into Google Analytics event parameters or into the page address. The enhanced-conversion fields are for the Google Ads tag only.
You can change this choice at any time in .
Data Breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to individuals, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988.
